We need records of lives and history, written again and again, that broaden and deepen our perspectives on lives and the world we belong to. What are your tried and tested remedies to cure writer’s block? I have been blessed. I’ve never suffered from writer’s block. It may have something to do with how I wrote, how one sentence, once I begin, demands a connection with the next sentence. What is your favorite time to write? Early morning before the world gets to me. What’s the best piece of writing advice you’ve ever received and would like to impart to other writers? Write every day, even if it is only a sentence. What excites you most about being a writer in today’s age? Keeping up with myself by writing and discovering what I think.
