Sarah Birnbach’s A Daughter’s Kaddish:  My Year of Grief, Devotion, and Healing won the Gold Nautilus Award in the Grief Memoir category, the Silver IBPA Benjamin Franklin Award in the Memoir category, and the Bronze Independent Publisher Book (IPPY) Award in the Autobiography/Memoir category. Her title is also a finalist in Foreword’s Indie Book of the Year Award in the Grief/Grieving category.
