Joe Jackson’s Black Elk: The Life of an American Visionary won the PEN/Jacqueline Bograd Weld Award for Biography. Tess Lewis’s translation of Angel of Oblivion by Maja Haderlap won the PEN Translation Prize. The PEN/Robert W. Bingham Prize for Debut Fiction will be announced at the awards ceremony on March 27 at The New School’s John L. Tishman Auditorium in NYC. Shortlisted members can be found here.
