This includes intellectual property laws as well as any contracts or confidentiality agreements the advertiser has with clients whose names or projects may be mentioned in the advertisement. The Authors Guild reserves the right to reject, cancel, or remove any advertisement at any time for any reason, including advertising that does not meet our quality or other standards, is inconsistent with our stated values, or may negatively affect our brand, reputation, or goodwill.
