Louise Meriwether First Book Prize

The Feminist Press and TAYO Literary Magazine are currently seeking submissions to the Louise Meriwether First Book Prize. The contest is open to first time authors, who should submit a completed manuscript of either fiction (novels and short story collections) or narrative memoir. Manuscripts should be 50,000 to 80,000 words. The winner will receive $5,000 and a publishing contract from the Feminist Press.
