Director of Membership Nicole Vazquez will lead the webinar and answer questions about benefits, account management, and more. For the best experience on the day of your orientation, we recommend joining by computer if you can, as the Director of Membership will use a screen share to guide you through the website. You will also have the opportunity to introduce yourself and ask questions, so if you don’t have a computer microphone, we encourage you to use phone audio when prompted. All orientation webinars are held at 4 p.m. ET.
