Alex Zucker Wins EBRD Literature Prize

Alex Zucker’s translation of The Lake, by Bianca Bellová, won the EBRD Literature Prize 2023. The €20,000 prize, split equally between the author and the translator, is awarded each year by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to authors from countries where the EBRD operates and their English-language translators.
