It is one of the first creative influences we introduce to our little humans when they arrive in this world. What are your tried and tested remedies to cure writer’s block? I just need a really good block of quiet time on my laptop to start brainstorming. What is your favorite time to write? I’m not a morning person, so prime time is afternoons! What’s the best piece of writing advice you’ve ever received and would like to impart to other writers? Develop a village of author friends right away to support one another! This is fairly easy to do through organizations like this and through social media. What excites you most about being a writer in today’s age? I’ve never had the opportunity of a traditional publisher, but the world of self-publishing and learning your way through group chats, internet articles and videos is limitless.
