I write mostly non-fiction based on real-life experience, and I think it’s important to share these experiences for the benefit of others. What are your tried and tested remedies to cure writer’s block? I’ve never experienced writer’s block. I’m never at a loss for ideas and can always find a way to express my thoughts. What is your favorite time to write? Morning or afternoon. I rarely, if ever, write in the evening. What’s the best piece of writing advice you’ve ever received and would like to impart to other writers? Hire a professional editor! It’s well worth the cost. As a self-publisher, it’s critical! What excites you most about being a writer in today’s age? Not being bound to the traditional publishing route. Self-publishing is not easy or free, but the creative control is well worth the tradeoff.
