resource video

Marketers and publicists share examples of the work that goes on behind the scenes to get your book out in front of readers—from designed elements to marketing packages, influencer outreach to paid ads. Alongside visuals, panelists will dive into the various elements that make up a marketing campaign, including the following:

  • Connecting with influencers in the digital space
  • Physical objects that connect to your book, from postcards to bookmarks to tote bags and more
  • Designed elements that can make a press kit or book club kit stand out
  • Creating and placing online ads
  • Building a brand presence and growing a readership base

Touching on both publicity and marketing, panelists will offer practical ideas about what you can do to amplify in-house efforts or spearhead your own.
