Authors Guild Launchpad: Marketing and Promoting Self-Published Books
View MoreResources for Writers in Atlanta
May 2, 2022

Zachary Steele and our friends at the Broadleaf Writers Association created this list of Atlanta-area resources for writers looking to get involved in the local literary scene. Atlanta offers a variety of active writers’ groups, conferences, and retreats, as well as many small presses and literary journals with a regional emphasis. Indie bookstores in Atlanta often host book launches and author events. Many colleges offer creative writing degrees and MFA programs as well.
The Authors Guild’s community resources for writers are produced in coordination with our educational series Business Bootcamps for Writers. We will update and add to these community resource lists over time.
