Lauren Groff was nominated for Fates and Furies in the category of Fiction. T.J. Stiles was nominated for Custer’s Trials: A Life on the Frontier of a New America in the category of Nonfiction. Roxana Robinson and Ruth Franklin were named finalists for Nona Balkian Citation for Excellence in Reviewing. Wendell Berry won the Ivan Sandroff Lifetime Achievement Award. Winners will be announced on March 17 at the New School’s Tishman Auditorium.
