Elon Green’s Last Call: A True Story of Love, Lust, and Ellen McGarrahan’s Murder in Queer New York and Two Truths and a Lie: A Murder, a Private Investigator, and Her Search for Justice were nominated for Best Fact Crime. James McGrath Morris’s Tony Hillerman: A Life was nominated for Best Critical/Biographical. Gigi Pandian’s “The Locked Room Library” featured in Ellery Queen Mystery Magazine was nominated for Best Short Story.
