Words are being banned. Research is being censored. Funding for the arts is getting slashed.

As writers, we know what’s at stake when stories are silenced and facts are suppressed. But we also know the power of our voices when we come together. That’s why the Authors Guild is proud to stand with Fall of Freedom, a nationwide movement of artists rising up in November to defend free expression.

If you’re in New York, North Carolina, or Los Angeles, we hope you can join us for one of these Fall of Freedom events hosted by Authors Guild members and regional chapters. Or click here to find one of more 600 events across the country.
