Join the Guild’s Tampa chapter for its next Writers’ Social on Tuesday, August 11th @ 7:00PM. Connect with your local writing community, and share your recent writing wins and future goals.
We’ll also turn to an article for conversation starters and inspiration. This time, we’ll be reading Politics and the English Language by George Orwell. If you have time ahead of our meeting, please read the article (or part of it since this one is a bit longer than the others) and come prepared with some thoughts about whether Orwell’s tenets of good writing still hold true.
