Anthropic Settlement: Did Your Publisher Fail to Register Your Copyright?

The Authors Guild has heard from many authors who told us that their publisher failed to register their book with the U.S. Copyright Office and that they believe they were excluded from the Bartz v. Anthropic class action settlement because of that.

We are collecting information to understand the scope of the problem and report out about it. If you discovered that your work was not registered by your publisher, let us know about it using the form below.

Please be sure to check your contract and indicate if the publisher was obliged to register your work and in what time frame.
