The contest is open to any U.S. poet (including legal residents) writing in the English language. Submissions should be a previously unpublished, full-length poetry manuscript of 48-80 pages, with no more than one poem per page. The winner will receive $2,000, book publication by Anhinga Press, 25 copies of the book, and a public reading at California State University, Fresno.
