Margolis Award is given annually to a promising new journalist or essayist whose work combines warmth, humor, wisdom and concern with social justice. The award includes a one-month residency at Blue Mountain Center and a $5,000 prize. To apply, please include three copies of at least two examples of your work (published or unpublished, 30 pages maximum), a short biographical note, and a description of the project you plan to work on.
