Start your Bay Area Book Festival weekend with coffee, conversation, and community! Join Bay Area co-ambassador Nikoo Yahyazadeh, fellow writers, and readers at My Coffee Roastery at 9:30 am before heading over to the festival together for lively author panels, book signings, and readings.

This casual meetup is a chance to connect with other Bay Area authors and find festival buddies before the day gets busy. Whether you’re attending for the first time or you’re a longtime festival regular, all are welcome.

And if you’re planning your festival schedule, you’re invited to join attend Nikoo’s panel, Shells, Lions, and Pomegranate Trees: Picture Books Approaching Difficult Topics, at 11:45 am at the Berkeley Public Library Community Room.
