What: We gather to honor Fall of Freedom Day and International Workers’ Day
Where: Co-ambassador Paul Peress’ house (address supplied upon sending RSVP)
Why: To join in “A focused, urgent call to artists and arts institutions across all sectors to make art, music, plays, exhibitions, comedy, and beautiful protests foregrounding artistic labor and aligned with immigrants’ rights organizing, to amplify all struggles against repression and state violence.”

How to Participate (optional): We invite you, should you choose, to share a reading from a banned book or an original work of your own or a song or a performance piece in support of freedom. Please time your work so we can keep each one to no more than five minutes. We want everyone who wishes to participate to have a chance to share.
