We’re excited to introduce three new ambassadors for the Guild’s Portland chapter: Stephanie Booth, Kacey Carpenter, and Bert Krages.
We’d like to create more opportunities for chapter members across the greater Portland area to meet one another, exchange ideas, talk about writing and publishing, and build a stronger local community.
Our goal is to begin with informal monthly meet-and-greets, rotating around the Portland metro area. Ideas include coffee conversations, bookstore gatherings, happy hours, writing walks, picnics, author conversations, and other activities suggested by members.
Our first gathering will be Saturday, August 29, in the late afternoon, at BOLD Coffee & Books in Portland. Please RSVP here if you plan to attend!
