Chris Barton’s The Amazing Age of John Roy Lynch was a finalist in the Children’s/Young Adult category. Ken Armstrong’s “An Unbelievable Story of Rape,” co-written with T. Christian Miller, won in the Journalism category. The awards will be presented at the 26th annual PEN Center USA Festival.
