He was formally honored at the annual Brock Prize Symposium held at the University of Tulsa earlier this week, where he was the featured speaker and received a certificate of honor, a bust of legendary Native American educator Sequoyah, and an award of $40,000 from the Brock Family Community Foundation endowment.
