PEN/Robert W. Bingham Prize for Debut Fiction: Time of the Locust by Morowa Yejidé PEN/Diamonstein-Spielvogel Award for the Art of the Essay: You Feel So Mortal by Peggy Shinner PEN/E.O. Wilson Literary Science Writing Award: The Age of Radiance by Craig Nelson PEN/John Kenneth Galbraith Award for Nonfiction: Five Days at Memorial by Sheri Fink PEN Open Book Award: An Unnecessary Woman by Rabih Alameddine PEN/Jacqueline Bograd Weld Award for Biography: John Quincy Adams by Fred Kaplan PEN/ESPN Award for Literary Sports Writing: All Fishermen are Liars by John Gierach Shortlists will be announced on April 15.
