Toni Morrison to receive Edward MacDowell Medal

The MacDowell Colony will present Toni Morrison with the 2016 Edward MacDowell Medal, a lifetime achievement award recognizing artists who have made a significant contribution to the culture of the United States. The award will be presented on August 14.
