Taking a break and coaching. What is your favorite time to write? 4am! It’s quiet and I can focus. What’s the best piece of writing advice you’ve ever received and would like to impart to other writers? Be kind to yourself! Trust your process. I am an iterator and need to review ideas again and again. Others are more streamlined. What excites you most about being a writer in today’s age? Helping people. I am a conflict resolution coach and the book formalizes my coaching process. Conflict is a construct and when you understand what drives your emotions, you are better able to decompress.
